Sharmeene Hayes, has worked with Austin Street since 2016 and holds over 16 years of experience in non-profit management. She has a deep understanding of community outreach as well as operations, volunteer and project management through her work with the homeless population in Texas and California. Prior to working at Austin Street, Sharmeene oversaw a transitional housing program and has vast experience in training and staff development. Sharmeene received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Dallas Baptist University.
