Position Purpose
The Director of Compliance is responsible for overseeing and ensuring organizational compliance with all federal and state grant requirements, including adherence to applicable regulations such as 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance) and state-specific rules. This role manages the full grant compliance lifecycle—from pre-award review to post-award monitoring – ensuring accurate reporting, proper use of funds, and adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations. This role also provides support to the finance team, playing a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
